I read the Phoebe Meadows trilogy sometime in 2020 after my sister recommended the first book to me when she read it. It is part romance, but not entirely… Phoebe Meadows is the daughter of Odin and a Valkyrie who was hidden in the human realm, set in the modern world, until she grew up.
I can’t state a lot, since it was a while back, but I’ll be brief. She is hunted throughout the series, trying to find her place within the Viking Mythology universe. Phoebe is trained by the Valkyrie, forms a relationship with Fenrir, the son of Loki, and trys to stop evil plots. The series is fantastic because of the visualation of viking mythology and the way it is built around the different realms and stories. A very fun, light read.
