This book appeared among the currently available sci-fi audiobooks in my app. It turned out to be vastly against what I believe in from a religious standpoint; the setting, main character, and plot were intriguing in the stark difference of it in relations to my typical reading and culture, and somewhat in a sort of, admittedly, kinky way.
The book features mechs, aliens, and chi. Good book! Although I may or may not read book two.
